A: The engineering team customized the configuration of UE inverters and wall-mounted lithium batteries based on the unique electricity consumption of each household, selecting the optimal capacity. Ultimately, four configuration options were determined: 5kW, 10kW, 15kW, and 20kW, corresponding to daily power generation of 20kWh, 40kWh, 60kWh, and 80kWh, respectively.
During the day, solar system generates electricity to power loads such as refrigerators and TVs, with the extra power stored in the batteries. At night, when the solar system stops operating, the lithium batteries supply power to the loads.
B: Additionally, the type of mounting brackets varies across different installation locations (e.g., zinc/concrete roofs, ground-mounted setups). Coupled with Dominica’s unique island topography—characterized by variations in building heights—the UE engineering team utilized professional measurement software to determine the optimal orientation and tilt angle for each set of brackets. This ensures structural stability while maximizing solar energy output.
During this phase, we also provided the working principle diagram (electrical connection diagram) and 3D rendering for each system. The client was highly interested upon receiving these documents, commenting:
