Project Focus:

The Philippines has a tropical monsoon climate characterized by high temperatures and heavy rainfall year-round, and is one of the world's most typhoon-prone regions, imposing exceptionally high demands on the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of photovoltaic systems. To address these extreme climatic conditions, this project adopts a ground-mounted high-strength typhoon-resistant mounting structure, capable of withstanding Category 14 typhoons, with special anti-corrosion treatment applied to the structure to suit the high-salinity, high-humidity coastal environment.

  • Typhoon-Resistant Structural Design: The mounting structure, reinforced with high-strength steel and heavy-duty connectors, can withstand wind pressures from super typhoons, ensuring the safety of modules and the structure under extreme weather conditions while minimizing disaster-related losses.
  • Corrosion Resistance: The mounting structure features a hot-dip galvanized finish with multi-layer anti-corrosion coatings, effectively resisting salt spray erosion and extending the system's service life, making it particularly suitable for coastal and island projects in the Philippines.
  • Cost Efficiency via High-Power Modules: The adoption of 730W TOPCon bifacial modules achieves a 20kW installed capacity with fewer modules (27 pieces), reducing the required mounting structure and cabling, thereby optimizing BOS (Balance of System) costs while meeting wind resistance requirements.
