In April, UE brought together colleagues from across departments for a vibrant day at Juxing Liangyi in Feixi. Set against the scenic backdrop, the outing blended relaxation, teamwork, and creativity
—strengthening both professional bonds and our shared corporate spirit.
Morning: Playful Team Games
From 10 AM to noon, the resort echoed with laughter as teams tackled three spirited challenges:
- Land Dragon Boat Racing
This high-energy challenge honed the communication and collaboration of each group.
- Live-Action Monopoly
Releasing stress and enhancing mutual understanding and affection in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere
- Creative Photo Challenge
Using props and natural backdrops, members stimulated their creativity and demonstrated the team’s strong cohesion.
The games encouraged stepping away from routines to enjoy collaborative fun. Focused less on winning, more on mutual support, quick thinking, and shared enjoyment, highlighting how flexibility and enjoyment fuel effective teamwork.
Recharge Energy - Enjoy Local Specialties
At 12:00 PM, the team gathered for a hearty lunch featuring authentic local cuisine, served in the scenic outdoor dining area of Juxing Liangyi. Colleagues enjoyed local specialties like Feixi Old Hen Soup, Huagang Braised Pork, and Sanhe Rice Dumplings, etc.
UE members relaxed, shared memories of the morning's activities and enhanced their friendships.
Afternoon – Adventure & Focus
From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the afternoon offered a mix of thrill and tranquility:
1. Mountain ATV Riding
Teams rode off-road vehicles on hilly trails, embracing adventure and cheering for each other. It built confidence and created shared excitement.
2. Archery Challenge
Colleagues aimed at targets, with experienced members sharing tips. It encouraged focus, patience, and friendly support between teams.
3.Classic board games allowed the UE team to relax and relieve fatigue from the day’s activities.
Evening: Warmth Under the Stars
As dusk fell, a vibrant bonfire party united the team:
1. BBQ Dinner in Tents
Colleagues gathered in tents to grill and share foods together. Laughing over smoky grills and help each other.
- Campfire Games & Dance
The glow of the fire lit up games, tales, and impromptu dances, creating a carefree atmosphere.
- Star-Lit Performances
Brave souls serenaded the group, with cheers and applause weaving a sense of family.
A Day Full of Good Memories
By 9 PM, as buses departed, team members carried home more than memories—a deeper sense of unity and belonging.
