The factory relies heavily on all-electric furnaces and large-scale cooling systems, both of which require a stable and substantial power supply. To maintain reliable energy while reducing operational costs, the company began exploring renewable energy solutions.
In response, United Energy Ltd deployed a tailored solar and energy storage system for the facility. The solution integrates three Deye 50kW hybrid inverters with UE 372kWh high-voltage lithium batteries, enabling efficient utilization of solar power throughout daily operations.
By combining renewable generation with energy storage, the system reduces diesel consumption, lowers long-term energy costs, and supports the factory’s sustainability goals.

By integrating solar energy into its power supply and reducing reliance on grid electricity and diesel generators, the factory significantly lowered both fuel consumption and electricity expenses, achieving meaningful long-term cost savings.
Configuration
Solar Array: 150kW solar array(254pcs 590W PV module), integrated with three Deye 50K hybrid inverters.
Energy Storage: Two clusters of 186kWh rack-mounted lithium batteries, total capacity 372kWh
Reliable Power Supply: The solar-powered system allowed for 24/7 availability, ensuring that essential operations continued without disruption. The system also retains an interface for connecting to a diesel generator, allowing it to provide backup power during prolonged power outages
